Jane Wang J.D., Attorney at Law

Jane (Jie) Wang is the managing partner of the firm with over 15 years of experience in immigration and nationality law. Ms. Wang has handled a wide variety of green card and visa applications, representing thousands of individuals and corporations. Ms. Wang has helped corporations file employment-based immigration petitions including Labor Certification and Form I-140 petition, obtain L1 visas for their executives and H-1B work permits for their employees, and has helped immigrant investors navigate the Eb-5 regulations to obtain their green cards. Ms. Wang has helped individual clients obtain green cards through Eb1 and NIW applications.  

She has also handled family-based immigrant matters as well as Naturalization and Citizenship applications. Ms. Wang has successful filed labor appeals with the Board of Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) and defended clients in Federal Court.

Ms. Wang received her J.D. degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Her status as an immigrant provides her with a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in similar situations. Ms. Wang has a broad range of legal knowledge and experience, making her well-suited to handle a variety of cases and legal matters. Whether it’s employment law, immigration issues, or other legal concerns, her background and expertise allow her to navigate these complexities effectively.

Daniel S. Larson J.D. Attorney at Law

Daniel Larson is our attorney focusing on NIW and EB-1 immigration petitions. He has a proven track record of success in handling hundreds of self-sponsored national interest waivers and EB-1A petitions for individuals from a wide variety of professional fields and backgrounds. Additionally, he has extensive experience with PERM labor certification, EB-1B outstanding researcher/professor petitions, EB-1C manager/executive, H1-B skilled worker petitions, E1/E2 treaty trader and investor visas, L1A manager/executive visas, L1B specialized knowledge visas, H-3 and J-1 corporate training programs, and TN professionals.

Daniel earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2012, where he was the Chair of the Chinese Legal Society and a Clinician at the MSU immigration law clinic. In 2006, he graduated from the University of California (Santa Cruz) with honors in History with a concentration on China. Prior to law school, Daniel worked and studied Mandarin in Beijing, and from 2006-2009, he taught English at Beijing Normal University and New Oriental Education & Technology Group.

Zhu Shen J.D. Attorney at Law

Mr. Zhu Shen earned his J.D. degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Holding both Ph.D. and J.D. degrees, Mr. Shen possesses a unique background in multiple disciplines, enhancing his understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. His primary areas of practice include H1b and family based immigration law. 

Since 2020, Mr. Shen has dedicated his expertise to Immigration Law and family law. 

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Mr. Shen is well-equipped to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
